Refund 

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

However, we want you to love your order! If there is an issue with your order (incorrect item, quality concern, or damage), please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery with a photo of the product.

At our discretion, we may offer:

• A replacement item
• Store credit
• A partial or full refund

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide (such as your name, email, and address) is used solely to process your order and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

Shipping 

At Sassy Sourdough, our regular pickup and delivery day is Tuesday.

Pickup times vary each week and will be clearly communicated at the time of ordering.

For pickup orders, the exact address will be provided after checkout.

We offer local delivery within Traverse City only. Delivery availability and details will be shown at checkout or communicated directly.

Orders not picked up within the scheduled time window may not be eligible for a refund.

At this time, we do not offer shipping.

Occasionally, additional pickup or delivery days may be offered. Any updates will always be communicated in advance!

Liability Disclaimer

Sassy Sourdough is not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from the consumption of our products. Customers are responsible for reviewing all ingredient information before purchasing.

Our products are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens, including wheat, dairy, eggs, and soy, and may also come into contact with peanuts and tree nuts.

To ensure the best experience for all customers, Sassy Sourdough reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any order at any time.

In the event of severe weather, pickup or delivery may be delayed or rescheduled. Customers will be notified as soon as possible.

Order Window

Orders are accepted from Tuesday through Sunday for the following Tuesday pickup or delivery.

Any orders placed after Sunday will be moved to the next week’s bake 

SMS Marketing Terms

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Sassy Sourdough, you agree to receive recurring marketing and promotional text messages, including weekly menu updates, product announcements, ordering reminders, special offers, and other Sassy Sourdough updates.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

You may opt out of SMS marketing at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact Sassy Sourdough through the contact information provided on our website.

Sassy Sourdough is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by mobile carriers, service interruptions, or circumstances outside of our control.

By subscribing, you confirm that the phone number you provide belongs to you and that you are authorized to receive messages at that number.
